I offer psychotherapy and counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families as well as group therapy.
Why Therapy?
Therapy can alleviate distress and be an engaging journey of self growth to help you create a more fulfilling life.
What makes good therapy?
Elements include building a strong, collaborative bond between you and your therapist, having the freedom to talk openly without feeling judged, combined with therapeutic techniques that fit your needs and help you effect change.
With therapy, you can:
Explore your needs, wants, goals, values. Bring your life into alignment with them.
Develop greater self insight, learn new skills for living more fully, acquire concrete tools that can help to improve your self-image and self-esteem and quality of life.
Work on becoming “unstuck” with issues difficult to resolve, learn new behaviors, and workable solutions.
Improve your ability to communicate, express yourself, and enhance your personal and professional relationships.
